                        Welcome to Acme Forgings Pvt. Ltd . We are ISO 9001-2000 certified and IBR approved company. We are Rajkot [ India ] based forging company having mini open steel forging plant.  We undertake steel forging / alloy steel forging , heat treatment   and  proof machining of  Gear Banks, Rings, Heavy Rounds, Pinion, Blocks, Axles etc. manufactured from alloy steel, carbon steel, tool steel, martensetic  and austenetic  stainless steel.  We  are equipped  with 5 tonne and  1 tonne capacity open type single column clear space steam hammer. Our product range includes  Rings, flanges, Blinds and tube sheets. We also undertake customized forging.
                    
                          We can handle components weighing 15 Kgs to 3000 Kgs. single piece are forged, heat treated, proof machined and tested as per National and International code.
